1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the r8888 platform and its users ("Member" or "you"). r8888 operates a secure and reliable platform for online gaming players in Bangladesh, offering slot games, live casino, and cricket betting services.

By accessing the r8888 website (https://r8888.mom) or using any service on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

2. Account Registration

2.1 Registration Process

To use r8888's services, you must first create a personal account. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration. r8888 reserves the right to cancel any account if false or misleading information is provided.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, from the same device, or from the same IP address is strictly prohibited. Violating this rule will result in all associated accounts being cancelled and any bonuses or winnings in those accounts being forfeited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

r8888 may request identity verification from a member at any time it deems necessary. This may include:

• A copy of a National ID (NID) or passport
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement)
• A selfie or live face verification

If verification is not completed within the specified time, transactions on the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.4 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) confidential. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify the r8888 support team immediately. r8888 will not be liable for any loss arising from the use of your account by a third party.

3. Age Limit & Eligibility

r8888's services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. No one below this age may create an account or play on the platform. If it is established that a member was under 21 years of age, that account and all funds in it will be forfeited.

In addition, the following persons may not create or use an r8888 account:

• Residents of countries or regions where online gaming is legally prohibited
• r8888 employees, family members, or associated persons
• Persons whose accounts have previously been cancelled or permanently closed
• Persons on a self-exclusion list, whether at their own request or at another's request

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each payment method. The maximum deposit limit may vary depending on the specific payment method and account tier.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if the following conditions are not met:

• Identity verification has not been completed
• The wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been fulfilled
• There is a matter under investigation on the account
• Suspicious money laundering activity has been detected

4.4 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the deposit. For exceptional cases, please contact the support team. The account used for withdrawal must be registered in the member's own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at r8888 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500. Alternatively, depositing ৳8,000 will earn a ৳5,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to the bonus received. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. For example, a ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 in bets must be completed before withdrawing any winnings from the bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by r8888
• Bonus balance cannot be directly transferred to another person
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time
• If any unusual betting activity related to a bonus is detected, the bonus will be cancelled
• Each promotion may have a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically

5.4 VIP Program

r8888's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate at each tier is 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8%, and 1.0% respectively. Members can progress to higher tiers through continued gaming activity.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

r8888 follows a Fair Play policy across all its games. All games on the platform use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology, which ensures results are completely impartial and unpredictable.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game and betting market has its own applicable rules. Once a game has started or a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet remains unresolved due to a technical fault, r8888 will review it and make a decision.

6.3 Sports Betting

Common markets such as match winner, total runs, and top batsman are available for cricket betting and other sports betting. If any event is cancelled or postponed indefinitely, the related bet will be void and the stake will be refunded.

6.4 Technical Disruptions

If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection, power outage, or any other technical issue, r8888 will analyse the available data and make a decision. r8888's decision in such matters is final.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the r8888 platform:

• Any form of fraudulent activity, or playing games using bots or automation software
• Intentionally placing low-risk or opposing bets to fulfil bonus wagering requirements
• Attempting to claim bonus benefits by using multiple accounts
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another member's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or financing terrorist activities
• Attempting to introduce hacking, viruses, or other harmful code into the platform's software or systems
• Harassment, abusive, or aggressive behaviour directed at other members
• Operating an account under a false identity or in another person's name

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 r8888's Rights

r8888 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account at any time, with or without prior notice, and for any reason. Immediate action may be taken in particular cases involving a breach of terms or suspicious activity.

8.2 Member's Voluntary Closure Request

Any member may close their account by contacting the support team. It is the member's responsibility to withdraw any eligible balance before the account is closed.

8.3 After Permanent Closure

An account that has been permanently closed cannot be reopened. However, an account placed under temporary self-exclusion as part of responsible gaming may be reinstated after the exclusion period ends.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

r8888's maximum liability shall in no case exceed the amount the member has deposited on the platform in connection with the relevant incident.

12. Changes to Terms & Conditions

r8888 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and members will be informed by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.

The latest version of the terms and conditions will always be available on this page. It is the member's responsibility to retain any previous versions.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Complaint Submission Process

If you have any complaint or dispute against r8888, please contact the support team directly in the first instance. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through discussion.

13.2 Finality of Outcomes

In disputes relating to game results, the decision issued following an investigation by r8888's technical team will be considered final. However, if a member wishes, they may request that the matter be reviewed by higher management.

13.3 Time Limit

Any complaint must be submitted within 30 (thirty) days of the relevant incident. Complaints submitted after this period may not be accepted.
